    my phone stopped working friday the 21st of march 2014 all i get is a verizon message saying i am roaming and asking for a credit card number

      William, please contact your cell phone provider. Free Government Cell Phones Guide, is not associate with the free cell phone program. Sounds like you may be late with payment.
