These benefits offer discounts on accessories upgrades. With your free service you receive, one free cell phone, free monthly minutes, voice mail, text messaging, caller ID, and 911.
How to Add Airtime
You can purchase extra airtime for:
$10 and receive 150 anytime minutes, and text for 10 days and 100 MB of data
$25 and receive 300 anytime minutes, and text a month and 500 MB of data
$50 and receive unlimited voice minutes, and text a month and a GB of data
The benefits provided are limited to one per household, by order of the (FCC) or Federal Communications Commission and the (USAC) or Universal Service Administrative Company. Customers receive 250 free talk and text minutes and unlimited text messaging each month.

Access Wireless customers have the option of purchasing more needing more airtime and data. To purchase more time log into “My Account” and select the option “Add Airtime”. Available data plans include access to the 3G and 4G high-speed data networks.
How to Qualify
Lifeline service is available to an eligible low-income resident with a gross family income, at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participates in one of the following assistance programs:
- Food Stamps/SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
- The National School Lunch’s Free Lunch Program (NSL)
Other government assistance programs may qualify you for the Lifeline phone. Eligibility changes and varies from state to state.
