You also have the option of purchasing a different Safelink product, just as long as it compatible with your services.  The Lifeline phone program has been expanding each year, now reaching every state and territory in the United States.

If there is no service available in your area, in the past, there is probably a free government provider in your state today.  There are also other companies that will be able to provide you with free cellular and landline services.
