Only Budget Mobile’s ‘California Connect’ offers free unlimited talk and text messaging. You qualify for these benefits if you receive help from a government agency.
You qualify, if you receive Stamps, Medicaid, Disability, etc. (check eligibility). You also qualify if, your total income is 135% – 150% below the federal poverty level depending on your state. Budget, limits subscribers to one phone per household and yearly re-certification.

How Lifeline Assistance Helps
Lifeline, is a decades-old, government-subsidized program, providing free, and discount landline and cell phones to disadvantaged individuals and families.
