Lifeline Customer Service Numbers

By | August 4, 2017

This Lifeline customer service list will help you contact your Reachout, Safelink, Tracfone and any free government phone provider or Lifeline phone company.  We often get letters from people trying to contact their government phone providers.

Your can contact your company, by phone, email, or fax; however, you can reach some easier than others.  If you have a Lifeline cell phone, there will definitely come a time when you have a question or need help with a product.  You do this with the online help section of their website or calling Lifeline customer service directly.

Some smaller or regional providers may not have 24/7  services, but all have ways you can reach them.  Always keep these numbers on hand so you can call them at a moment’s notice.

There have been complaints about not being able to reach some providers like Safelink Wireless.  Most lifeline providers, use a prompt phone system, in the attempt to get you to the exact department that can hep you with your problem.   So, it is important to consider how good the customer service is when choosing a cell phone provider.

It can seem like you are going in circles never getting the person you need.  My suggestion is, go to two or three of the prompts before pressing “0”, or the operator.  If you provider has a live chat, use this to get immediate assistance.  Keep in mind millions of people have free government phones and they are trying to help as many people as possible.  Be patient when contacting customer service.

Have Cell Phone Contact Information Handy

Do you have a copy of your phone number, phone serial ID and the name of your  Lifeline phone provider?  When you contact your provider, they will ask for this information.  It is surprising how many people contact us because they don’t remember what free government phone company they have service with.

Understand that many companies use an automated systems to try to answer consumer questions efficiently.  It can, however, be very frustrating trying to speak to a live person.

You must go through the prompts and then ask to speak to customer service or press “0.”  There are many companies where you can always reach a live agent!   Find Out How to Get Cheap Internet

Cory, you will be surprised how many people apply for a government phone and do not remember who the provider is. You said you paid for an android phone. Did you pay with a credit card, check or money order? If you paid by either of these methods, you should be able to track who you send it to. Good Luck!
