To whom it may concern , Hi , I got a free government phone from a person at a stand with banners posting Boomerang, entouch and lifeline on the stand . This person took my information and said I was qualified and handed me a phone . She didn’t ask if I had lifeline or not ,which I did on our home phone . Anyway the phone she gave me has never charged over 80% and is now only charging to 74% . She didn’t give me any paperwork to show who to call except for a BYO Phone paper and booklet with basic operating instructions for the phone . I hope you can help .
How to add minutes can’t find the Air Fair Wireless Cards anywhere in Bloomington,in
How can I deactivate my enTouch wireless cell phone? I need to disconnect it as soon as possible because I have really bad calls coming in and it needs to be cut off ASAP!! Thanks!!
Hello, Shannon. You can call your provider to have the phone deactivated or request a new phone number.
Refurbished phones that would be nice if they worked, but I have had two that crapped out within the first several months of use. Customer service reps with attitudes and just enough English to read from scripts.
i am still trying to resolve my problem with the company but, i was told i could use my phone and upgrade to unlimited bye rep at the event and when tried was denied both and the phones they give are in rough condition. Keep in mind that there is other companies that do actually offer to use your phone or provide not only a new phone but a touch screen android at that. be sure to shop around!
