How to Apply for a Free Government Phone
If you qualify for Lifeline assistance, go to the EasyWireless website and enter your phone number to begin the enrollment process. Enter your email address, and your zip code, and click the “Enroll Now” button. You will be taken to a page that confirms if the plan is located in your state. Next, you will be taken to a page where you enter your name, address, social security, and what government program you are enrolled with. Continue to follow the prompts until you are fully enrolled. If you are rejected for any reason, contact the company.
