To find providers in your state, go to the Lifeline program website and click on the topic ‘companies near me”. Enter your Zip Code or city and state. Next, go to the provider in your state, register online, or download an application and fax or mail it. You must submit proof of income and identity.

      Unfortunately this also happened to me. I had to phone my service provider, Truconnect, to report a lost phone, if you say your phone was stolen you have to provide a police report and it takes longer, then I had to wait 30 days before I could order a new phone.
      Some service providers only have a waiting period of 7-14 days.

  5. I was safe link customer two months ago. Safe link stops its service for 2 months. My saflink is 3123754299. I called them for many times It said I have other free phone. I told I already refused service of 18665943644 . My Access no is 7089554002 Access company does not give me phone time for two months. thus the safer link should restore the service. safelink still refuses to give any minute to me. Thus I do not receive any phone company service for two months. I need your assistant to select other free phone company. Please do me favor to reply me as soon as possible.

    1. Hello Chong, Somewhere there is a mix up. contact Access Wireless and make sure they have de-enroll you from their program. Ask them to send you a letter confirming that you no longer have service with them. Then check with contact Safelink Wireless, or try to sign up online again.
